Is your new Laud Timepiece not perfectly for you?

Not a problem! We will be more than happy to provide an exchange/credit within 30 days of receiving the item.

All items must have tags, lens stickers, crown stoppers, boxes and packaging intact and be in the original, resellable condition.

Please email us for a Return Authorisation at, quoting your order details and we will send you further instructions to facilitate the exchange.

*Please note that any Monogrammed items are not able to be returned/exchanged, due to the personalisation.*

*Please note marble watch dials feature natural variations in textures, grains and details and cannot be returned/exchanged for reasons of personal preference.*

Shipping of exchanges/returns

We gladly offer free shipping with all exchanges! However, please note that the customer is responsible for shipping fees incurred in the initial exchange/return of your watch back to us.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your parcel to reach us may vary. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

We are not responsible for late or lost in transit returns. Unfortunately, we cannot exchange/provide credit/refund any lost return items.

Is your Laud Timepiece not doing what its supposed to?

Rest assured, all our watches include a 2 Year Full Replacement Warranty against manufacturing defects and faults.

In the unlikely event of a fault, we will be happy to provide a repair, replacement or refund, in line with Consumer Laws.

Order Amendments
Should you make an error in your details, please email us immediately so we may attempt to correct this for you. We cannot guarantee we can amend any mistakes in time.

We cannot be held responsible for any resulting delays or errors in completion and delivery of your order.

Once an order is placed, checked-out and paid, unfortunately we are unable to cancel orders.

Not completely happy with your purchase?

We completely understand if you are not completely 100% satisfied with your purchase. In the unlikely event you wish to return your purchase, we are more than happy provide a refund within 10 days of receiving your item.

Contact us for a Return Authorisation at, quoting your order details and we will send you further instructions to facilitate the return. Please note refunds can take up to 14 business days to arrive in your account and will be exclusive of our initial shipping fees incurred. Shipping costs are non-refundable/creditable.
